Harrisburg Man Pleads Guilty For Hit-and-Run Death

A Harrisburg man will be sentenced November 29th for the death of a pedestrian in Columbia in June of 2019. 52-year-old Charles Waddill pleaded guilty last week to involuntary manslaughter, leaving the scene of a crash, and tampering with evidence for the crash that killed 51-year-old Timothy Wilson along Rangeline.
