The Harrisburg School District announced it’s hired Macon graduate Brennan Claas as the next head football coach. Claas has been at Clark County the past two years, where he served as the defensive coordinator and assistant basketball coach. Prior to that, he was an assistant at Macon, and a student assistant at Missouri Western. Claas, the son of 17-year Macon head coach Pete Claas, replaces Steve Hopkins, who retired after this past season.
