Great Pershing Balloon Derby Starts Tomorrow Night

The Great Pershing Balloon Derby near Brookfield begins Friday night. Richard Techau says the event remains consistent.

Tomorrow’s Night Flame on South Main Street in Brookfield starts around 7:30. Saturday, Sunday and Monday will have morning competition balloon flights.

Saturday and Sunday will have evening fun flights that are more designed for spectator viewing. Techau explains how to get to the launch site.

The parade on Main Street will be Saturday at noon.
