Great Pershing Balloon Derby an Important Event in Brookfield

The 47th Great Pershing Balloon Derby begins this Friday in Brookfield and runs through Labor Day. City Manager Dana Tarpening says this event has become a Labor Day weekend tradition in Brookfield.

Activities begin Friday night at 7:30 with the South Main Night Flame. Morning and nightly balloon flights will be held throughout the holiday weekend.
