Graves Applauds President Signing USMCA

Congressman Sam Graves applauds President Trump for officially signing the USMCA Agreement last week.
During an interview on KWIX, Graves was asked why it took so long to get to this point.
Canada still needs to ratify the agreement. The Senate approved the measure 89-10, after the House approved it 385-41.
