Grants Valuable for Current and Future Improvement Projects in Moberly

The list of construction projects in Moberly continues to gradually grow. These include the Sturgeon and Rollins Street water line project which was part of nearly 4.8 million dollars in federal grant funds the city received. City Manager Brian Crane says these funds are valuable.

Crane explains the city’s process for determining what grants to apply for.

Moberly also recently applied for a Community Revitalization Grant through the Department of Economic Development and a tourism grant for the proposed downtown hotel.
