Fulton Woman Found Safe

The woman reported missing from Fulton last month has been found safe in Illinois. The Fulton Police Department says Tori Taylor contacted her family Tuesday night, and was arrested in Centralia, Illinois for two outstanding warrants from Missouri. A witness told officers last month she watched a woman being pushed into a car by three men.
