Freshman Representative Gives His Take on PDMP

A couple of weeks ago, State Representative Chuck Basye told centralmoinfo.com passing the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program bill might be a tougher task compared to last year because of new faces in the House who have not reviewed the bill. State Representative Tim Taylor is one of those freshman.

Taylor noted the Second Amendment rights are addressed in the legislation. The Bunceton native says he was fascinated to find out that 85 percent of the state was already covered by a PDMP under St. Louis County.

Senator Holly Rehder from Sikeston has been pushing the bill for several years.
