Four people were injured, including two Fayette residents, in accident five miles east of Gallatin around 3:15 Thursday afternoon. The State Highway Patrol says 33-year-old Darryl Betts of Fayette was turning onto Highway 6 and failed to yield to a pickup driven by 34-year-old Jonathan Parker of Gallatin. Parker and a passenger, 82-year-old Billy Parker of Gallatin, had moderate injuries. Betts had moderate injuries. A six-year-old girl from Fayette in Betts’s pickup had minor injuries. All four were taken to Cameron.
