Football Border War Appears Set to Return

Mizzou and Kansas are working out details on a four-year contract to renew their Border War rivalry in football. Jim Sterk teased the renewal in an e-mail to donors Thursday. No further details were announced. Missouri leads the series, 54-48-8. The schools earlier announced a six-game men’s basketball series last year, starting in Kansas City this December, with two games each in Kansas City, Columbia, and Lawrence.
