“Much-needed rain” caused flooding in the Moberly area on Sunday afternoon, after storms produced heavy rainfall in a short period of time in the area of Renick and southern Randolph County. The flooding was reported on Sunday afternoon according to Randolph County Emergency Management Director, David Gaines:
