Fessler-Shot Clock Survey Coming

Missouri high schools will get another chance to voice their opinion on whether or not to bring a shot clock into the sport of basketball. MSHSAA Assistant Executive Director Doug Fessler says a survey will be going out…..

The last time that question was asked there was no consensus…..

Fessler says not quite half the states have a shot clock in high school basketball….

The big change this high school basketball season is adopting the college women’s basketball foul rule, which does away with the one-and-one and awards a two-shot bonus with the fifth foul each quarter, not by half.
