Farm Bureau Marks “Thank A Farmer” Week

Missouri Farm Bureau recently concluded “Thank A Farmer Week” that was full of events highlighting the contributions of America’s food producers. President Garrett Hawkins said the organization made significant donations to a charity around the state.
Hawkins notes that farmers will have another dedicated date for agriculture later this month for National Ag Day. He says it’s an opportunity to tell agriculture’s story to the public, as well as lawmakers.
National Ag Day is set for March 22nd.
