Familiar Issues to Surface During Session

Senator Caleb Rowden, the Senate Majority Leader, says some familiar issues are likely to surface during the legislative session that begins Wednesday.
The Columbia Republican is anticipating a cooperative relationship with Democrats.
Rowden hopes that a good amount of progress can be made early in the session on some issues.
