HIGBEE SWAP MEET

The Chariton County 4-H and FFA clubs along with the Chariton County Fair Board are hosting a 2nd luncheon fund-raiser for the 2019 Chariton County Youth Fair on Sunday, March 24th from 10:30am-1pm at the Salisbury Knights of Columbus Hall. Menu will include pulled pork or tenderloin cuts, potato casserole, green beans, applesauce, roll, dessert and drink. Cost is $10 and carry-outs are available. MOBERLY JOB FAIR

Friday is the deadline for businesses to sign up for the Moberly Job Fair, hosted by the Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce. The cost is $30 for Chamber members and $40 for non-Chamber members. The Job Fair will take place March 27th from 2-6:00 at Municipal Auditorium.

PUBLIC MEETING FOR SIDEWALK WORK IN ATLANTA

Individuals are invited to a public meeting Thursday (March 28) that will discuss a future sidewalk project that will be taking place in Atlanta. The proposed project is along Macon County Route M going from Atterberry Street to Orchard Street. The public meeting will be held at the Atlanta Baptist Church on Thursday from 4:00-6:00 p.m. MoDOT representatives will be on hand to explain the project and answer any questions.
