The University of Missouri School of Law Veterans Clinic, through its Tigers for Troops program, will offer free legal consultations to veterans regarding United States Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”) disability benefits, discharge upgrades, and VA healthcare at the Kirksville Arts Association at 215 S Franklin Street on Thursday, July 6, from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
