Swinkey Picnic

The oldest picnic in the state, the Swinkey Picnic will be this Sunday, July 16th, at Indian Creek (5 miles south of Monroe City). The chicken and ham dinner will be served from 11-2:00 (adults $15, children 4-12 $5). There will be games for all ages, entertainment throughout the day, horseshoe pitching tournament starting with doubles at 2:00, and a youth dance from 6-7:30.
