Sumner Wild Goose Festival

The annual Sumner Wild Goose Festival will be held Friday-Sunday (Oct. 27-29). Highlights Friday include the Chili and Soup Supper from 4-7:00 and the Goosette Pageant at 6:30. There’s a full day of activities on Saturday, including the Gooseberry Pie Contest and Pie Auction, Parade at 1:30, appearances by KC Wolf, the Chiefs cheerleaders and the Cardinals’ Fredbird, Duck/Goose Calling Contest at 2:30 and music by Fully Loaded from 4:30-8:30.
