Safe Passage Costume Contest

Join the Safe Passage staff at Mallards in Moberly for a costume contest on Saturday (Oct. 28) from 6-midnight. It’s $5 to enter and the winner gets half the proceeds. Other proceeds will go to United Way, which is the main funding source for safe passage.
