Party Down for Down Syndrome

Project HAPPIE will be holding its 2nd annual “Party Down for Down Syndrome” dance party at the Rotary Park Amphitheater in Kirksville on September 30th from 1 to 3 pm. The event is a kickoff for World Down Syndrome Month in October. The event will include a dance competition, guest speakers, and refreshments.
