Missouri Livestock Symposium

The Missouri Livestock Symposium will be held this Friday and Saturday (Dec. 3-4th) at the William Matthew Middle School in Kirksville. Friday, the trade show opens at 4:00, free beef supper at 6, evening program begins at 7:00, with the featured presentation on “Rethinking Methane: Animal Agriculture’s Path to Climate Neutrality” at 8:00. Saturday, the trade show will be open from 8-5:00, a free Governor’s Style Luncheon from 12-2:00, and a full day of presentations.
