Living Healthy With Chronic Conditions Workshop

The Living Healthy With Chronic Conditions workshop will be held on Wednesdays from July 19th through August 23rd. Classes will be held at Randolph County Caring Communities Partnerships from 1 to 3:30 pm. The workshop is an evidence based educational program. It is free to attend.
