Three dicamba herbicides whose registrations were invalidated by a court decision are no longer to be sold, but farmers that already have the product can use it this summer. EPA has set a nationwide cutoff date of July 31st for use of the three impacted products. The court ruling did not impact Tavium, which had been approved by EPA late last year. However, its registration is due for renewal this fall alongside its three competitors.
