With the coronavirus continuing to spread, emergency services, including ambulance districts are taking added precautions. Clay Joiner is the Superintendent of the Randolph County Ambulance District.

Joiner says when you contact 911, you will likely be asked some additional questions now.

Joiner says they will not refuse to go to anyone’s home because they have some of these symptoms, but for everyone’s safety, including the ambulance crew and the receiving facility, it’s important for callers to be completely forthcoming with their symptoms.
