Employer Freedom Bill Refiled by Toalson Reisch

Representative Cheri Toalson Reisch of Hallsville has re-filed her Employer Freedom Bill for this session.

Criminal justice reform was a major talking point during last year’s legislative session. Toalson Reisch says the large amount of criminal justice reform bills was a problem last year.

In addition to criminal justice reform, Toalson Reisch also expects public safety and funding for law enforcement to be a big focus for the General Assembly this year.
