Eminent Domain Bill Clears the House

Representative Jim Hansen’s eminent domain bill cleared the Missouri House earlier this week by a wide margin. State Representative Tim Remole is a co-sponsor of the measure.

Remole was not surprised that the bill was approved this early in the session.

The bill was approved on third reading 118-42, and now heads to the Senate, where Remole is optimistic it will pass.
