Education Sessions Anchor Pork Expo Schedule

Next week’s Missouri Pork Expo in Columbia will feature two days of educational sessions for producers. Diane Slater is Director of Communications with the Missouri Pork Association and has a rundown of Tuesday’s speakers.

Producers will also have an opportunity to renew their Pork Quality Assurance certification, while 4-H and FFA members can prepare for the show ring.

Slater reminds producers to register for the Missouri Pork Expo, set for February 11th and 12th at the Holiday Inn Executive Center in Columbia. Registration and more details are on the Missouri Pork Association’s website.
