Education Chair Discusses Approach to Legislation

State Representative Chuck Basye, the chair the Elementary and Secondary Education Committee, says he is going to take a different approach to bringing bills to the committee this session. One reason is the number of new members, and the other is the increased size of the committee
Basye was named chairman by the House Speaker.
The Missouri House is off this week because of several positive test results for COVID-19, but the Senate is in session.
