The agreement is with Mashburn Development, LLC. Dave Mashburn was at the meeting and talked about one of the features of the project.

While this would involve a large investment from Mashburn, he also indicates that this is something this area needs.

Approval of the development agreement was unanimous. The council was also given a report on the city audit, and discussed the demolition grant funds that the governor announced last week.
