DESE to Forgive Days Missed

Dr. Mark Penny, the President of the Missouri Association of School Administrators, and a former Moberly School Superintendent, says with the COVID-19 pandemic continuing, some important decisions have been made by the state.
Penny is now the Superintendent of the Lincoln County R-3 School District, and says this is a challenging time for everyone.
