The Coyotes went 8-15 in Dent’s final year as head coach. Dent now returns to Clark County where he previously served as an assistant football coach during the 2016 season. He also was a graduate of Knox County High School. Dent says being closer to home was one of the main attractions of the Clark County job.

Dent takes over a Clark County squad that went 7-18 this past season. Dent says he’s ready for the challenge of facing a rugged schedule in the Clarence Cannon Conference.
