12/30/20 Boonville at Moberly boys basketball: Boonville senior Charlie Bronakowski delivered a game-high 29 points in a 75-62 victory.
12/30/20 Warrenton at Moberly girls basketball: Moberly freshman Grace Billington set a Lady Spartan record with 43 points in a 61-55 win versus Warrenton. Billington’s 43 points surpassed Ashley Agee’s 40-point effort against Grain Valley in the 2004-05 season. The freshman provided her record-setting points at the free-throw line. Billington scored 22 in the first half and 21 in the second half.
12/21/20 Centralia at Moberly girls basketball: Centralia’s Claire Bennett scored 12 points off the bench in a 52-38 victory. The junior forward also helped Centralia dominate the glass.
12/21/20 South Shelby at North Shelby boys basketball: North Shelby sophomore Brendyn McDaniel score a team-high 18 points in a 77-64 victory over South Shelby.
12/21/20 South Shelby at North Shelby girls basketball: North Shelby senior Lily Cook scored 14 points and played sound defense in a 70-64 win over South Shelby.
12/17/20 La Plata at Marceline boys basketball: Marceline junior Will Heller led the Tigers with 19 points and had several key assists and rebounds in their 63-28 route of La Plata.
12/17/20 La Plata at Marceline girls basketball: La Plata junior Brooklyn Carvajal scored 26 points and played a key role in La Plata’s comeback from ten points down against Marceline in an eventual 61-59 overtime loss to the Lady Tigers.
12/17/20 Paris at Cairo boys basketball: Cairo junior Jack Prewett scored a game-high 13 points in Cairo’s 61-19 win over Paris.
12/17/20 Paris at Cairo girls basketball: Paris junior Gracie Hatton scored 15 points and hit a key three-pointer in the fourth quarter She was also 6-for-6 from the free throw line in the Lady Coyotes 51-39 win over Cairo.
12/15/20 Hannibal at Moberly boys basketball: Moberly junior Martez Nabors provided the game-winning free throws in overtime with 11 seconds left. The Spartans trailed 66-65 when Nabors stepped to the line and hit two shots. Nabors proceeded to steal Hannibal’s inbounds pass before Moberly added two more free throws in a 69-66 victory. The forward Nabors complimented his six points with several key rebounds, steals, and blocks.
12/15/20 Hannibal at Moberly girls basketball: Lady Spartan freshman Grace Billington scored 22 points, including Moberly’s first 10 points in the second half. Moberly defeated Hannibal 49-25.
12/15/20 Westran at North Shelby boys basketball: Westran sophomore Langden Kitchen racked up a game-high 28 points in Westran’s 72-47 win over North Shelby.
12/15/20 Westran at North Shelby girls basketball: North Shelby sophomore Natalie Thrasher scored 14 of her 18 points in the second quarter to help the Lady Raider surge past Westran 60-18.
12/15/20 Canton at South Shelby boys basketball: South Shelby senior Cole Mitchell scored a game-high 21 points in a 62-51 victory over Canton.
12/15/20 Canton at South Shelby girls basketball: South Shelby sophomore Kaylee Gaines hit eight threes in a 64-54 victory over Canton.

12/4/20 Sturgeon at Harrisburg girls basketball: Harrisburg senior Baylie Combs scored all eleven of her points in the first half to spur Harrisburg to a comfortable 50-27 win over Sturgeon.
12/3/20 Moberly at Macon boys basketball: Macon sophomore Hayden Lovingier scored the winning bucket in overtime en route to a 68-60 victory. Lovingier previously provided a go-ahead layup in the final minute of regulation before Moberly tied it late. The sophomore finished with 10 points.
12/3/20 Moberly at Macon girls basketball: Macon’s Lexi Miller scored a game-high 24 points as the Tigerettes defeated the Lady Spartans 67-27.
