Dead Body Identified in Fulton

Fulton Police have identified the body of a man found dead in Stinson Creek between West 7th Street and Route F. The body has been identified as 25-year-old Donald Simmons. His body was found just after 1 on Monday morning. Simmons had been shot multiple times. The investigation into Simmons’ death is ongoing.
