Moberly High School recently announced Melissa Davidson as their new girl’s tennis coach for the 2020 season. Davidson has been serving as a personal finance and computer apps teacher at the Moberly Area Technical Center. Davidson says she’s excited to take over as the new girl’s tennis coach.

Davidson’s daughter, Jadyn, will be a senior on this year’s team. She says watching her daughter over the past few years has given her some insight on many of her players ahead of the upcoming season.

One of Davidson’s primary goals as coach is to grow the sport of tennis within the Moberly community.

Davidson takes over a Moberly girls tennis squad that went 4-9 as a team in 2019.
