Court Running Smoothly During Phase Two of Reopening

Randolph and Howard County Presiding Judge Scott Hayes says the courts reopening is going smoothly.

Court began to reopen at in late May. Hayes says they have taken a different approach to scheduling cases, which has also helped.

Hayes says this scheduling has worked so well, that it may continue after the pandemic passes. Hayes says that it will be at least September before there are jury trials.
