“Glaze for Pork Chops”
1 T. honey
1 T. soy sauce
1 T. dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
salt and pepper
Glaze pork chops on both sides before grilling. 10-15 minutes on both sides. Cook to 160.

“KFC Cole Slaw”
8 c. finely chopped cabbage
1/4 c. shredded carrots
2 T. minced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. granualated sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 T. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Mix the cabbage, carrots, and onions together in a bowl. Mix all the other ingredients together to make the dressing. Pour over the vegetables. Let sit for a couple hours.

1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
cabbage and carrots
Mix with a blender. Pour over the grated cabbage. Refrigerate unused portions. Will keep for months.

“Potato Pizza”
2 lb. frozen, shredded hash browns, thawed
11 oz. can cheddar cheese soup
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. cheddar cheese shredded
1 lb. ground beef
15 1/2 oz. can Sloppy Joe sauce mix
2 T. minced onion
2 T. sliced ripe olives
Can thaw potatoes quickly by pouring hot water over the potatoes in a colander. Drain well. In a large bowl, mix the potatoes, soup, egg, salt and pepper. Spread in a large butter pizza pan. Bake at 450 degrees 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile, saute ground beef and onion then drain off fat. Stir in sauce mix and simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle 2/3 of the cheese over pizza crust, spoon on meat mixture and top with remaining cheese and olive slices. Bake 5 more minutes.
