“Homemade Pizza Crust”

1 T. yeast
1 T. sugar
3 T. oil
1 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour

Mix the yeast with the warm water and let dissolve while mixing the rest of the ingredients. Mix all the ingredients together and let stand 5 minutes. Roll or pat out thin on a pizza pan. Sauce and toppings. Bake the pizza at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

Make them similar to tuna cakes, fry them with crackers crumbs, eggs, season how you like, may have to drain some water off (Eva)

no necessary to take bones out. you don’t taste it. do take the skin off
use 2 cans, do leave bones in, cracker crumbs and mix into the meat, hot oil brown
add dill weed and lemon pepper

“Pina Colada Cake”

Use a yellow cake mix and bake using instructions on the box.
While baking the cake, mix together 1 can of cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk
(if the cream of coconut separates, heat it a bit)
When the cake is done, poke holes in the cake and pour the cream of coconut/condensed milk mixture over the top. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip.

“Zucchini Rounds”

1/3 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. shredded zucchini

Make into rounds (patties), like a potato cake. Fry in 2 T. butter, margarine, or oil. Brown on both sides.
