Vegetable Ham Cole Slaw

1 cup chopped ham
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablesp. white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
1 cup fresh cauliflower, chopped
2 cups seeded, diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped purple onions

Stir together first six in large bowl. Add cabbage and rest, toss well. Cover and chill for two hours.

Serves 4 to 6


1/2 cup warm fudge topping
1/2 cup warm butterscotch topping
1/2 cup warm peanut butter topping
1 medium banana, sliced in 1/2-inch slices
1 cinnamon spice cupcake (2 ½ x 1 1/4-inch), quartered
1 angel food cupcake (3 x 1 1/2-inch), quartered
2 generous scoops vanilla ice cream
2 generous scoops chocolate ice cream
2 generous scoops strawberry ice cream
1 generous scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 generous scoop coffee ice cream
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1/4 cup marshmallow cream
1/4 cup strawberry topping
1/4 cup pineapple topping
14-ounce can dairy whipped topping
1 large brownie (6-inch x 6-inch), quartered
1 regular-sized candy bar, quartered
4 chocolate cookies with cream filling
1 tablespoon sliced toasted almonds
1 tablespoon dark and white chocolate shavings
1 tablespoon crushed chocolate cookies with cream filling
1 tablespoon chopped jellied orange slices, about 2 large slices
1 tablespoon milk chocolate chip morsels
1 tablespoon peanut butter chip morsels
1 tablespoon chocolate sprinkles
1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles
1/2 cup drained maraschino cherries

To Serve:

Pour hot fudge, butterscotch, and peanut butter toppings into bottom of large bowl.
Layer banana slices and cupcake pieces over toppings. Top with all ice creams.
As quickly as possible, spoon chocolate syrup, marshmallow cream, strawberry, and pineapple toppings over ice cream.
Cover completely with dairy whipped topping. Tuck brownie pieces, candy bar pieces, and cookies in whipped topping.
Sprinkle with toasted almonds, dark and white chocolate shavings, crushed cookies, jellied orange slices, milk chocolate chip morsels, peanut butter morsels, chocolate sprinkles, and rainbow sprinkles. Top with cherries.

8 slices Brioche Bread
4 Eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons grated Goya Pure Cane Sugar
1/4 cup Half & Half
1/4 teaspoon Ground Fresh Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon Real Vanilla Extract
4-6 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Mexican Chocolate, such as Nestlé Abuelita for grating on top
Powdered Sugar for sprinkling
Pure Maple Syrup, preferably bourbon barrel-aged

With a whisk, blend all ingredients except powdered sugar, Mexican Chocolate and Maple syrup, ensuring eggs are thoroughly whisked.

In a baking pan, soak bread in batter.

Turn grill on medium high and lightly coat with oil.

Fry bread until lightly browned on both sides.

Serve with a sprinkling of powdered sugar, shaved Mexican chocolate and real Maple syrup.

Chipotle’s Guacamole

2 ripe Hass avocados
2 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
1/4 cup red onion (diced)
1/2 jalapeño including seeds (diced)
1/4 tsp kosher salt


1. Cut avocados in half and remove pits carefully.
2. Scoop the avocados into a bowl.
3. Toss and coat with lime juice.
4. Add the salt and mash until it’s a smooth consistency.
5. Fold in remaining ingredients and mix.
6. Taste the guac and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Pizza Waffles (from

Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 10 mins
Total time: 15 mins
Serves: 2

Waffles stuffed with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperonis!

1 Garlic & Herb Pizza Dough (I got mine from Trader Joes)
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup mini pepperonis


While your waffle maker heats, dust a cutting board with flour as well as your ball of dough and divide the dough into 4 balls. Use a rolling pin and lightly roll each ball into a circle. Use your fingers to pull the dough wider if needed.
Lay one dough circle on your heated waffle maker and quickly top with a few spoonfuls of pizza dough, a quarter cup of shredded cheese, and a handful of pepperonis.
Top it with another pizza dough circle and close your waffle maker to let it cook.
Once your waffle maker beeps that it’s done, check to see if it is golden brown, and if not cook longer.
You should have enough to make a second waffle.
When both are done, you can slice the waffles into quarters and preheat your broiler.
Arrange the quarters on a baking pan and top each pizza waffle quarter with a sprinkle of cheese and a few pepperonis.
Broil on high until the cheese is melted and the pepperonis crisp on the edges.
