“German Chocolate Cookies”

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten

Combine all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.

“Reuben Cabbage Rolls”

1 cooked cabbage, core it, place in water and cook it
1 lb. deli corned beef, shredded or can cube in small pieces
1 c. sauerkraut
8 oz. shredded swiss cheese
mix together the corn beef, sauerkraut, and swiss cheese and set aside for a few minutes
(dressing)
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. dill pickle relish
and mix that together
Take half of the dressing and mix with the corn beef, sauerkraut and swiss cheese. Take a cabbage leaf and put that mixture inside the cabbage leaf and roll up (about 12 or 13 cabbage leaves). Take the cabbage rolls and place in pan (9 by 13). Pour the rest of the dressing over the cabbage rolls. Cover. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

“Crock Pot Meatloaf”

4 T. ketchup, divided
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 T. plus 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 T. packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 small yellow onion, grated
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. dried bread crumbs
2 lb. ground beef

Line a 4 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker with aluminum foil. Whisk togther, 3 T. ketchup, dijon mustard, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, and the brown sugar for the glaze and set aside. Whisk the eggs until no white remaining. Mix together the egg, onion, remaining ketchup, worcestershire sauce, and remaining ingredients. Mix well. play with fingers. Make into a meatloaf and place in slower cooker. Brush with the glaze. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 2-3 hours. 165 on a meat thermometer.

“Crock Pot Meatloaf”

2 medium potatoes cut in strips
(meatloaf)
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1 onion, finely chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 c. ketchup
3/4 c. crushed saltine crackers
2 eggs
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
(sauce)
1/2 of a c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Place strips of potatoes in bottom of slower cooker. Combine meatloaf ingredients and form into a loaf and place on top of potatoes. Combine sauce ingredients and spoon over meatloaf. Cover and cook on low 8-12 hours. (Use a crock pot liner to help with cleaning)

“Chicken Drumsticks” (in air fryer)

Her air fryer will handle 6-7 drumsticks. Pat them dry.
mix 3 eggs and 1/2 c. milk
mix 1/2 c. flour, a little salt, and how you want to seasoning your flour (she uses a “Kickin’ Chicken”)
into 1 c. bread crumbs, mix 1 tsp. olive oil

Dip drumsticks with flour mix first (bag). Then, dip in egg mix, then dip in crumbs. In her fryer, does them at 370 for 25-30 minutes and flip once. (160-165 meat thermometer).
They stay crispy and are juicy. Can use tenders.
