Contests, Campsites Open Before The State Fair Begins

The first contests of the 121st Missouri State Fair are set to begin later this week, two weeks before the fair’s official start.  Director Mark Wolfe says again this year, it’s horse contests that will precede the fair.

Wolfe adds that a handful of campsites will become available on a first-come, first-serve basis the morning of August 4th.

The 121st Missouri State Fair runs August 10th through the 20th in Sedalia.
