Congressman Graves Hopes for Infrastructure Agreement

Congressman Sam Graves hopes an agreement can be reached between Democrats, Republicans and the administration on an infrastructure proposal.

However, Graves says that is not the case with House leadership.

Congressman Graves says if the speaker decides to force a partisan bill through the House, it will not go anywhere in the Senate.
