Last November, Community Lady Trojan senior Natalie Thomas signed her letter of intent to play basketball with the William Woods Owls. Thomas played a integral role in Community’s two third place finishes in Class 1. She says her relationship with head coach Ayriell Robinson dating back to when she was an assistant coach at Lindenwood played a key role in her decision.

Thomas didn’t consider the Owls until this past August. The two-time KRES All-Star and All-Stater shares how her recruiting process went.

With the Coronavirus pandemic impacting the sports world, Thomas says she already got a lot of instruction of what to do over the summer while preparing to play for the Owls.

Natalie Thomas’ father Matt is the Community boys basketball head coach. You can hear Natalie Thomas’ KRES All-Star Interview next Tuesday at 8:30am on Superstation KRES.
