Columbia Man Drowns in Lake Of The Ozarks

A Columbia man has died after drowning in the Lake Of The Ozarks Friday afternoon. The Highway Patrol says an intoxicated individual left a residence near an unnamed cove by the 10 mile mark at about 4:15pm and did not return. 22-year-old Jose Ramirez was later found deceased in the water. He was transported to a nearby funeral home.
