Columbia Man Apprehended Following Manhunt Near La Plata

The manhunt for Hoblia was previously called off at around 2:30. He had multiple warrants for his arrest in Boone County for drugs and weapon possession. Dunn explains how the whole situation started.

Hoblia was arrested without incident. He has since been chaged in Macon County with felony resisting arrest, felon in possession of a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving and speeding.
