City of Slater Receives Two Grants

The City of Slater recently received two grants. City Clerk Russell Griffith says one is for a sidewalk project.

Griffith adds the project will cover 12 blocks of sidewalks and ties into previous TAP projects. Griffith details the other grant.

Griffith also reminds residents that tree trimming has started in west Slater, and the Slater Farm Festival runs this Thursday through Saturday.
