CID Board Approves Development Agreement for Downtown Project

The Downtown Moberly Community Improvement District Board has approved an agreement that could lead to a significant development project around Municipal Auditorium. City Manager Brian Crane, the Chairman of the CID Board, says they have been working with the developer for a couple of years.

Crane outlines how the Commerce Bank Building could be a part of the project.

Crane says the developer has been in Moberly a number of times.

The city council also discussed the project earlier this week. The developer is expected to be on hand for the January 6th Moberly City Council meeting.
