Chillicothe Man Faces Sex Crimes Charges

A Chillicothe man faces charges of enticement, sexual misconduct involving a child, and attempted statutory rape in Randolph County. The probable cause statement says 35-year-old Joshua Perry Moore had contact with a law enforcement officer pretending to be a minor near Moberly in September of last year, and again this May. Moore allegedly asked for and sent pictures to the officer. A warrant was issued for his arrest Wednesday.
