Chariton County 4-H Members to Participate in Variety of Events During National 4-H Week

Beginning today, 4-H members across the country will celebrate National 4-H Week. Chariton County 4-H Youth Program Associate Becky Bentley says students in 4-H throughout the county will participate in a variety of activities.

Other activities include Win-It Wednesday, Throwback Thursday, and Find Truman Friday, which will involve a scavenger hunt to find pictures of Truman the Tiger. Bentley says the week will culminate with their Recognition Day.

Bentley adds 4-H membership in Chariton County is holding steady at this time.

To celebrate National 4-H Week, we will have interviews with local chapter representatives throughout the week on Superstation KRES.
