CENTRALIA UPGRADING BILLING SYSTEM

The utility billing system in Centralia is being upgraded. City Administrator Heather Russell says that was discussed earlier this week during a committee meeting, and still needs formal approval from the Board of Aldermen.
The new system will have some advantages.
Russell says the change will likely take place around the first of the year.
