Centralia Hosts Blair Oaks in Class 3 Quarterfinals

Two storied softball programs meet up in the Class 3 quarterfinals when Centralia hosts Blair Oaks Wednesday. Centralia has won eight of its last ten games after starting the season 9-10, which included a 10-0 loss to Blair Oaks. Coach Elizabeth Bostick says the team has truly started to gel.

They’ve been led this season by Ella Holiman, who was recently named Clarence Cannon Conference Player of the Year.

Alexis Findley and Andi Siebeneck present a two-headed monster in the circle. Findley owns a 1.36 ERA this season while Siebeneck’s is 1.81.

The two programs meet in the postseason for the first time since the 2016 Class 2 State Championship game. First pitch is set for 6 with pregame starting around 5:45 on Glory 97.3. Austin Ward will have the call.
